Fugitive Friday: Drug Dealer with Long Criminal History

Charles Burgess is wanted by the Capitola Police Department.

Charles Burgess
AGE: 42
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 11 inches tall and 210 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes
HOME: American Canyon 
WARRANT: Possession of drugs for sale. He has long drug and criminal histories, and was arrested in Capitola for having drugs for sale. Later, he missed a court date.

WATSONVILLE POLICE
Keith Rodriguez
AGE: 23
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 8 inches tall and 200 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes
HOME: Watsonville.
WARRANT: Assault. Rodriguez is a documented Norteño gang member who, with other gang members, beat a man unconscious. Marcos Nieto Donoso

WARRANT: Domestic violence. He was arrested but later missed a court date.

Jesse Warren Parson
AGE: 34
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 10 inches tall and 160 pounds brown hair and blue eyes
HOME: Santa Cruz
WARRANT:

Richard Armillotto
AGE: 26
DESCRIPTION: 6 feet tall and 185 pounds with black hair and brown eyes
HOME: Santa Cruz
WARRANT: Parole violation and failing to comply with drug treatment. He's on parole for vehicle theft and has prior convictions for theft, drugs, DUI and other crimes
