Details: Carucci’s outstanding warrants consist of felony vandalism; felony hit and run resulting in serious bodily injury, stolen vehicle and DUI. Carucci was featured as our most wanted subject in March 2013, however is still outstanding.

Description: 5’10”, 180, blonde hair and blue eyes
City of Residence: Transient
Details: Storm is wanted on two counts of felony assault on a peace officer, evading, possession of a stolen vehicle, possession of stolen property and resisting arrest. He is tied to a robbery and burglaries in Santa Cruz County and he has a history of violence. He should be considered armed and dangerous.
