SHERIFF'S OFFICE
Crystal Ann Kushalich

AGE: 29
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 4 inches tall and 200 pounds with blond hair and blue eyes
HOME: Santa Cruz
WARRANT: Drug possession in prison. Kushalich was convicted of possession of a controlled substance inside a prison. She violated the terms of her probation.

WATSONVILLE POLICE
Billy Martinez
AGE: 42
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 6 inches tall and 140 pounds with black hair and brown eyes
HOME: Campbell
WARRANT: Attempted burglary and vandalism. He failed to go to court after his arrest.

WATSONVILLE POLICE
Francisco Palomino
AGE: 26
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet 5 inches tall and 140 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
HOME: unknown
WARRANT: Child molestation. Palomino is on probation for child molestation. He failed to comply with the terms of his probation.

WATSONVILLE POLICE
Gladys Puga
AGE: 26
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 5 inches tall and 185 pounds with black hair and brown eyes
HOME: Salinas
WARRANT: Vehicle theft and child endangerment

DISTRICT ATTORNEY'S OFFICE
Julian Matthews
AGE: 31
DESCRIPTION: 6 feet tall and 170 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes
HOME: Aptos
WARRANT: Domestic violence. He was arrested for domestic violence and destroying a cell phone to prevent a call to 911 or emergency services. He failed to appear in court for the charges.
