A man wanted by Santa Cruz police—20-year-old Vladimir Ryan Ebel—for a gang-related attempted murder was arrested. Ebel allegedly shot at two people on the 100 block of Sycamore Street in July 2010, seriously injuring one. He was seen earlier this month at a local grocery store and should be considered armed and dangerous.

Ebele was one of six "most-wanted" who have been arrested since local law enforcement started seeking the public's help in looking for fugitives earlier this year.
