Fugitive Friday: Capitola-Soquel, March 30

CAPITOLA POLICE
Mahalia Sloan
AGE: 30
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 3 inches tall and 115 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.
HOME: Soquel
WARRANT: Drug possession and resisting arrest. She has an extensive drug history and two warrants.

WATSONVILLE POLICE
Juan Collantes Sosa
AGE: 45
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 7 inches tall and 180 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes
HOME: Watsonville
WARRANT: Drug possession. He has missed court.

SHERIFF'S OFFICE
Justin McClelland
AGE: 29
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 10 inches tall and 224 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes
HOME: Santa Cruz
WARRANT: Possessing an illegal weapon. He also failed to comply with the terms of his conditional release from jail.

STATE PAROLE
Ryan Potts
AGE: 36
DESCRIPTION: 6 feet, 3 inches tall and 200 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes
HOME: Santa Cruz
WARRANT: Parolee at large. He failed to take part in a drug treatment program. Potts is on parole for vehicle theft and drug possession. He also has convictions for petty theft, drug use, disorderly conduct and DUI. He's considered a threat to public safety because of his history.

STATE PAROLE
Patrick McDonald
AGE: 27
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 10 inches tall and 170 pounds with brown hair and green eyes
HOME: Santa Cruz
WARRANT: Parolee at large. He failed to take part in a drug treatment program. He's on parole for selling drugs and has a past burglary conviction. He's considered a threat to public safety because of his history.
