Fugitive Friday: Capitola-Soquel, Feb. 3

UPDATE: Following being named as most wanted in the county, Francisco Zamora was arrested by the Watsonville PD.

CAPITOLA POLICE
Leticia Ramirez Vasquez
AGE: 42
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet tall and 160 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes
HOME: Watsonville
WARRANT: Felony grand theft and theft with two priors.

Cesar Moreno Mendoza
AGE: 30
DESCRIPTION: 6 feet tall and 230 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.
HOME: Watsonville
WARRANT: Lewd acts with a child. He's wanted for molesting a child in 2011.

SHERIFF'S OFFICE
Christopher Mudry Grillo
AGE: 49
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 11 inches tall and 240 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes
HOME: Soquel
WARRANT: Being under the influence of drugs. He was arrested for the same charge in two separate incidents.

CALIFORNIA STATE PAROLE 
Francisco R. Zamora
AGE: 39
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 7 inches tall and 160 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
HOME: transient
WARRANT: Parolee at large. He's on parole for felony theft and served prison time before for a robbery conviction.

William Gay Reasor
AGE: 30
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 11 inches tall and 185 pounds with blond hair and blue eyes
HOME: Scotts Valley
WARRANT: Violating a restraining order. He disobeyed a domestic violence restraining order in November 2011 and also for failing to pay his cab fair. He then missed court.
