Fugitive Friday: Capitola-Soquel, Aug. 19

CAPITOLA POLICE
Brian Chris Eaton
AGE: 36
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 6 inches tall and 145 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.
HOME: Santa Cruz
WARRANT: Theft with prior theft convictions. He is wanted for felony theft and narcotics possession. A bench warrant was issued for his arrest after he failed to appear in court.

WATSONVILLE POLICE
Mario Ayala Sanchez
AGE: 33
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 4 inches tall and 160 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
HOME: Watsonville
WARRANT: Sales of methamphetamine and cocaine, felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition. Ayala was arrested by WPD for drug sales and weapons possession, including an AR-15 police/military style assault rifle. He should be considered armed and dangerous.

SHERIFF'S OFFICE
Oscar Amezcua Cabrera
AGE: 35
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 9 inches tall and 140 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
HOME: unknown
WARRANT: Murder. Cabrera shot and killed a man in Watsonville in 2006. He should be considered armed and dangerous.

SANTA CRUZ POLICE
Paul Robert Wilcox
AGE: 38
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 10 inches tall and 140 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes.
HOME: Santa Cruz
WARRANT: Arson and felony officer obstruction. Wilcox purposely started a fire resulting in property damage and obstructed a police officer from performing his duties.

SCOTTS VALLEY POLICE
Donald Michael Jay
AGE: 65
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 5 inches tall and 196 pounds with gray hair and blue eyes.
HOME: Scotts Valley
WARRANT: Annoying and threatening telephone calls. He made numerous threatening telephone calls to his wife while in another
state.
