HOME: Santa Cruz County
WARRANT: Possessing drugs, drug use and DUI. He skipped out on court after being arraigned.

WATSONVILLE POLICE
Jose Martinez
AGE: 31
DESCRIPTION: 6-foot tall and 160 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes
HOME: Watsonville
WARRANT: Domestic violence. He has a history of domestic violence, resisting arrest and vandalism, police say.

SHERIFF'S OFFICE
Mark Anthony Kuchler
AGE: 47
DESCRIPTION: 6-foot-3 and 235 pounds with blond hair and blue eyes.
HOME: Bonny Doon and the North Coast
WARRANT: Kuchler allegedly assaulted a long-time acquaintance, a 38-year old man and his 10-year old daughter in front of other people near Davenport Landing after accusing the man of improving the area and making it a more-popular surf spot.

SANTA CRUZ POLICE

DESCRIPTION: 6-foot-4 and 200 pounds with blond hair and brown eyes.
HOME: Santa Cruz
WARRANT: Parole violation. He's on parole for domestic violence and is suspected to be an Eastside Santa Cruz gang member.

DESCRIPTION: 5-foot-11 and 180 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
HOME: Santa Cruz and Bakersfield
WARRANT: Drug possession. He has a felony warrant from 2006.
