Fugitive Friday: Capitola-Soquel, April 29

Local law enforcement agencies have come together and are asking for the public's help in locating some of the county's most wanted. Have you seen any of this week's fugitives? If so, contact your local law enforcement agency.

CAPITOLA POLICE
Roy Douglas Byrd
AGE: 46
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 9 inches tall and 210 pounds with blond hair and blue eyes.
HOME: transient in the county
WARRANT: assault with a deadly weapon. He failed to return to court.

WATSONVILLE POLICE
Ernesto Murillo
AGE: 18
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 10 inches tall and 250 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
HOME: Watsonville, but placed in a group home in Glen Mills, PA. 
WARRANT: probation violation. He was home in Watsonville on a visitation pass but never returned to the group home, as ordered by the court. Police say Murillo has gang ties and a history of weapons violations.

SHERIFF'S OFFICE
Daniel Lee Ferreria

AGE: 20
DESCRIPTION: 6 feet, 1 inch tall and 180 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes
HOME: Chanticleer Avenue, Live Oak
WARRANT: possessing drugs and stolen property, theft. He has an extensive arrest record in the county and hangs out in Live Oak.

SANTA CRUZ POLICE
Richard Armillotto
AGE: 25
DESCRIPTION: 6 feet, 1 inch tall and 200 pounds with black hair and brown eyes
HOME: transient in Santa Cruz
WARRANT: parole violation. His arrest record includes drug charges and vehicle theft. He hangs in the Ocean Street and Soquel Avenue neighborhoods.

SCOTTS VALLEY POLICE
Andrew Lee Wilson
AGE: 50 
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 10 inches tall and 160 pounds with blond hair and brown eyes.
HOME: Santa Cruz and El Reno, OK
WARRANT: embezzlement, grand theft and drug possession. He was arrested in August 2000 on suspicion of embezzlement and possessing controlled substances without a prescription. Wilson was a pharmacist at Long's Drugs in Scotts Valley, Capitola and Watsonville when he began taking prescription medications for his own use.
