CAPITOLA POLICE
Brandon Shawhan
AGE: 28
DESCRIPTION: 6 feet, 6 inches tall and 170 pounds with red hair and brown eyes.
HOME: homeless
WARRANT: burglary. He was arrested for burglary and failed to return to court.

SHERIFF'S OFFICE
Santiago Salgado
AGE: 45
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 7 inches tall and 170 pounds with black hair and brown eyes
HOME: Santa Cruz
WARRANT: failing to register as a sex offender. Salgado was convicted of child molestation but has not registered as a sex offender—as required—since 2005.

SANTA CRUZ POLICE
Benjamin Cortez
AGE: 59
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 10 inches tall and 160 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes
HOME: Santa Cruz
WARRANT: being a sex offender on school grounds. Cortez is a registered sex offender who was recently seen on school grounds, a misdemeanor.

WATSONVILLE POLICE
Onotiel Garcia Agraz
AGE: 25
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 9 inches tall and 155 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes
HOME: Watsonville
WARRANT: false imprisonment. He met a 17-year-old girl in 2008 and wanted to date her but allegedly became aggressive, possessive and stalked the girl. He allegedly forced her into his truck and drove her to a friend's house so he could be with her but she got away. He was arrested, bailed out and has not been seen since.

SCOTTS VALLEY POLICE

AGE: 42
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 10 inches tall and 170 pounds with black hair and brown eyes
HOME: homeless in Santa Cruz
WARRANT: domestic violence, burglary, assault with a deadly weapon and driving on a suspended license.
