Fugitive Friday: Capitola-Soquel

Capitola police want man for grand theft and heroin possession.

Local law enforcement agencies have come together and are asking for the public's help in finding some of the county's most wanted.

The Capitola Police Department is looking for Gerado Martinez, 26, of Santa Cruz County.

Gerardo, who also goes by the names Gerado Gomez or Gerado Lopez, is under warrant for grand theft, heroin possession and false identification to a police officer.

He is 5-foot-8 and 180 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

Meanwhile, a 49-year-old man wanted for allegedly molesting two little girls in Watsonville in 2009 turned himself in this week. Ismael Padilla, aka Ismael Sanchez, had eluded police since the allegations surfaced.

SANTA CRUZ POLICE
John Scurfield

AGE: 27
DESCRIPTION: 6-foot-3 and 185 pounds with blond hair and blue eyes.
HOME: Homeless, but often stays in Ocean Street hotels
WARRANT: Parole violation and other felonies.  Scurfield is on parole for drug offenses and is an East Side Santa Cruz gang associate. Police searched his Ocean Street motel room earlier this month. He wasn't there, but five others were arrested on drug charges.

SCOTTS VALLEY POLICE
Tobie Rene Vonbloes
AGE: 37
DESCRIPTION: 5-foot-5 and 115 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes.
HOME: Felton
WARRANT: Drug possession. Vonboles was arrested Nov. 30, 2010, for allegedly shoplifting at KMart. She is also wanted for possession of a narcotic.
