Fugitive Friday: Capitola-Soquel

Five of Friday's fugitives have been detained, but there are plenty still walking the streets.

Local law enforcement agencies are asking for the public's help in locating some of the county's most wanted—although one of this week's fugitives has been arrested and a second is serving a state prison sentence.

However, there are still plenty of "wanted" men and women walking the streets. If you see any of the following fugitives, contact your local law enforcement agency.

The Capitola police is looking for Vicky Adkins, 47, of Santa Cruz.
