Fugitive Friday: Capitola and Soquel

Police are looking for a suspected drug dealer.

Local law enforcement agencies have come together and are asking for the public's help in locating some of the county's most wanted. Have you seen any of this week's fugitives? If so, contact your local law enforcement agency.

CAPITOLA POLICE
Richard Pearman
AGE: 27
DESCRIPTION: 5-f00t-10, 150 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes.
HOME: Transient
WARRANT: No-bail felony warrant for allegedly selling drugs in Capitola.

WATSONVILLE POLICE
Yolanda Espinosa
AGE: 32
DESCRIPTION: 5-foot-7, 190 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
HOME: Watsonville
WARRANT: Forgery, drug use and a parole violation. In August, Espinosa allegedly made a fake check for $1,800 and tried to cash it. The check was in the name of a legitimate business and made out to her. Police say she has a history of check fraud.

SHERIFF'S OFFICE
Clive Frank Boustred
AGE: 50
DESCRIPTION: 5-foot-11, 170 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.
HOME: Santa Cruz County.
WARRANT: Failing to appear in court in June 2010. He faces several firearms-related crimes, and investigators suspect he fled the area.

SANTA CRUZ POLICE
Jesse James Higdon
AGE: 28
DESCRIPTION: 6-foot-1, 180-205 pounds with brown hair, hazel eyes.
HOME: Santa Cruz County
WARRANT: Multiple commercial burglaries and conspiracy. In January, Higdon and an accomplice allegedly went into Costco and Safeway stores and stole or attempted to steal numerous products including electronics and more than $400 worth of laundry detergent. Police say Higdon has prior arrests for burglary. He was last seen driving a 1994 gold Acura Legend, California license plate 3GOL912.

SCOTTS VALLEY POLICE
Ronald James Easley

AGE: 46
DESCRIPTION: 6-foot, 190 pounds with dark blond hair blue eyes.
HOME: Boulder Creek
WARRANT: Five felony no-bail warrants for drug possession, evading, auto theft and burglary. In a recent case, Easley allegedly burglarized the K-Mart in Scotts Valley and was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail but later released. He then failed to show up for a court date.
