Central Fire on Scene at Massive Watsonville Blaze
Local firefighters are working in collaboration with other departments to stop flames in Watsonville.
Firefighters from Central Fire District are in Watsonville helping to put out flames at Apple Growers Ice & Cold Storage Company, where a storage room caught on fire at 3:30 this afternoon.
The room, located in the back left-hand corner of the building, contained apple juice. The flames have since spread from there, requiring multiple alarms calling for help from additional fire departments.
Central Fire personnel is expected to remain at the fire through the night.
