Hi this is my first time using Patch.  My husband and I have lived in Capitola for 14 years and love our community.
I have read recently about the plans to beautify 41st Ave. Nice.
I also have read about the plans for a traffic circle at Bay and Capitola Ave.  Good idea. 
Now how about some good old fashion street repair!  We live on Wharf Rd. and drive Clares from Wharf to 41st often.  I think you know where this is going.  The road is in terrible shape!  Any plans for paving in the near future?
