In this hands on class we will focus on how to use your oven for more than just baking. You will gain an understanding of, the right tools for the job, how to determine doneness along with proper cooking temperatures and techniques for a variety of delicious roasted and broiled dishes.

In tonight’s class we will: 

Truss and Roast a juicy chicken

Broil fresh locally caught fish

Roast seasonal vegetables

Prepare and broil a flavorful gratin
