Week In Review: Pipe Fixed, City Parties, Community Bands Together for Bryan Stow

Plenty of good news came down the pipe this week.

The most important news in the Capitola-Soquel area this week continued to be flood-related. Unlike in weeks past, however, the news was mostly good.

On Monday, we brought you a . More than 50 businesses in the flood zone are fully reopened at this point. We were also happy to report this week that , meaning more rain does not signify more flooding.
