Earthquake Recap: Two Shakes Near County Borders
There were two minor earthquakes around Santa Cruz County this week.
Two small earthquakes made waves on the Richter scale around Santa Cruz County this week, with the largest measured at a sheepish 2.3.
Generally, earthquakes that fail to break the 2-mark on the scale are difficult to feel far from the epicenter. As of Saturday evening, no one reported feeling any of the three earthquakes in Santa Cruz County this week on the U.S. Geological Survey website.
