Earthquake Recap: Two Small Shakes Around County
Did you feel either of the earthquakes this week?
Two small earthquakes made waves on the Richter scale just outside of Santa Cruz County this week, with the largest measured at 2.3, five miles NNE of Aromas.
Generally, earthquakes that fail to break the 2-mark on the scale are difficult to feel far from the epicenter. As of Saturday evening, no one reported feeling either earthquake on the U.S. Geological Survey website.
