Greeted by warm weather and a pleasant breeze, beachgoers sauntered through Capitola's Esplanade Park on Sunday afternoon. They looked at the eclectic variety of art, listened to live music from Singing Wood Marimba, or just sunbathed. 

The following schedule of Art and Music on the Beach for the rest of the summer:

July 15 • Grupo Amanhã
August 5 • Sherry Austin w/ Henhouse 
August 19 • Jack Bowers Quartet

Each event is held from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., with live music from 2 to 4 p.m. The event is presented by the Capitola Art & Cultural Commission and sponsored by Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott-Capitola.
