What Should Go Here: Bay Avenue Store Front

Local business woes in the down economy are . It's no secret that the the Bay Avenue, Capitola Mall and 41st Avenue, once-exclusive business havens, are now wrought with empty storefronts. 

But there is a small blip of momentum that may be suggesting changing tides in the local business pattern.  

Now the storefront on Bay Avenue in the Nob Hill Shopping Center, next to Capitola Self Storage, is vacant. It is pretty small but could support a small retail venue. So we want to know: What should go there? What do you want to see come into the shopping center? What is Capitola lacking?
