Priciest Homes in Aptos, Capitola and Soquel

Periodically we’ll feature the most expensive homes on the real estate market in Aptos, Soquel and Capitola.

If you’re looking for a little bit of the Paradise Valley but don’t feel like going to Montana to get it, you can buy a Montana style estate on Pleasant Valley Road for a cool $12.95 million.  The house has four bedrooms, four full bathrooms, three half bathrooms and sits on 80 acres.

If Capitola is more your speed, you can grab a two bedroom three bathroom condominium on the beach for $1.45 million.  This is a penthouse condo so you won’t need to worry about bugging the upstairs neighbors when you are having a party.  The condominium is located at 109 Monterey Avenue.

If 80 acres is too big and a condo is too confining then head out to Soquel where the most expensive home currently on the market is the Willow Pond Ranch on Alfadel.  The 23 landscaped acres include barns, fenced pastures and riding areas and beiws of the surrounding mountains.
