Capitola Man Suing Microsoft for $13.8 million
The software giant tried to have the case thrown out of court at the federal level, but failed.
Mark Birkhead is fighting for his reputation against software giant Microsoft.
According to the KION channel 46, Birkhead, a Capitola man, was employed by Microsoft in 2010 when he proposed a project that his superiors were not too keen on.
He claims he was demoted for no reason and eventually fired.
