Branches Fall After Weekend Storm
After heavy rain Saturday and Sunday, fallen tree branches were found on the sidewalks and roads around Capitola.
In a residential neighborhood off Portola Drive, a large tree fell over the weekend, blocking residents from leaving the townhouse complex Monday morning.
The weather isn't supposed to improve until the March 30, with light showers expected Monday and Tuesday, followed by heavier rains and more showers throughout the week and into next.
Temperatures will range from a low of 49 degrees Thursday to a high of 59 next week, according to The Weather Channel website. Temperatures will hover around the low-to-mid 5os the rest of this week.
