Sand N Sea Fitness is a personal training and fitness studio. The location, led by owner and trainer Jennifer Adams, offers numerous classes, as well as fitness equipment, mats, towels, water, a restroom and ample parking. The studio offers personal training services, including one-on-one training, partner training, senior training programs, bridal programs, pre-natal and more. Pricing varies by number of sessions and clients can book classes online as well. The company has gift certificates available, as well as online training services, which include a personal training manual, fitness assessment and workout programs. Some classes and programs offered include core blast, boot camp, hatha yoga, ab workouts and more. Walk-ins are welcome as long as there is space available in class. Adams is a certified personal trainer, has YogaFit teacher training, is CPR certified and also has a Keiser Indoor Cycling Certificate among numerous other qualifications.
